Dine on delicious Ecuadorian cuisine creatively prepared by our expert chefs. With a focus on sustainable, organic ingredients sourced from local island farmers, dishes served on board our luxury yachts shift to reflect what’s freshly harvested from the islands.
Elite chefs are at the helm of our luxury expedition yachts’ on board kitchens, serving gourmet culinary offerings during your expedition to the Galapagos. Experience the distinct flavors of the region, such as Langostino poached in citrus butter or grilled Grouper accompanied by a plantain puree. Every evening, guests sit down to a lavish, four-course plated dinner and sip glasses of local wine and spirits.
Our culinary team can also prepare a cooking demonstration or casual barbecue on the sun deck, and serves light snacks delicately prepared following all offshore excursions. For those between meal snacks, a 24-hour snack bar provides coffee, teas and pastries.

Ecoventura’s cuisine will redefine your expeditions of dining at sea, and introduce you to the flavorful tastes of Ecuador and Latin America, The Caribbean and Europe.
Expert, culinary school trained chefs work tirelessly to prepare three meals a day, in addition to post-excursion snacks. With a focus on sustainable, locally harvested ingredients and traditional Ecuadorian fare, dishes served on board our yachts shirt to reflect what’s in season. Experience the distinct flavors of the region with plates of Ecuadorian encebollado of Basque-style grilled octopus.
Guests can help themselves to a refined breakfast and lunch buffet, while dinners are beautifully plated affairs starting with an amuse bouche.
On board the Origin & Theory enjoy an open bar policy including red, white and sparkling wine, local beers, and a variety of spirits, with premium liquors and global wines available for purchase. Guests on board the Eric & Letty, will enjoy complimentary house wine and local beer served during dinner service. All non-alcoholic beverages are included.
The menus have increased its infusion of organic content; more than 25 percent of produce comes from the Galapagos; fruits and vegetables from San Cristobal and meats and dairy from Santa Cruz Island; and 48% are completely organic. We can meet dietary requests for vegetarian and vegan meals as well as low-sodium and gluten-free are available upon request.
